Shipping policy

WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver to addresses in the following countries only: United Arab Emirates, Australia, Austria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States. We are not able to deliver to any other country at this time.

DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are shipped from our overseas warehouse via air freight, with an estimated delivery window of 15 to 30 days from order confirmation. We will keep you informed if anything changes along the way. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs clearance and carrier delays outside our control.

DELIVERY COST
Within the United Arab Emirates, Standard delivery is AED 45 and Express delivery is AED 70. For all other destinations, the delivery charge depends on your country and the size and weight of your order. The delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay, and may be shown in your local currency.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Orders delivered outside the United Arab Emirates may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in our prices or delivery fees and are the responsibility of the customer. Customs clearance can also add time to delivery.

TRACKING
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

FRAGILE PIECES
Many of our pieces are ceramic, glass or otherwise fragile, so everything is packed with extra protection. If a piece arrives damaged, please photograph the item and the packaging and contact us the same day, and within 5 days of delivery at the latest, so we can arrange a replacement where one exists, or a full refund.

FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect or nobody is available, the courier will attempt delivery again. If the order is returned to us we will contact you to re-arrange delivery; an additional delivery fee may apply.
